| How long from the time I order a cd until I receive it? |
Thank for asking, Adam Snider, and here's the scoop: USA orders are manufactured within 48 hours of receipt and placed in the mail on the following Wednesday or Friday after it is manufactured. Generally, a customer can expect to receive their order within a week of placing it. International orders are shipped on the second and fourth Monday of each month. Delivery times depend on which country one resides, so we can't give an estimate of delivery time. The rule of thumb is that if you live in Europe, it takes a week to ten days. If you live in Australia, it takes about three weeks. No matter where you live, you should receive your order within a month. |
Why do you use PayPal? |
PayPal charges less per transaction than most merchant services. We save by using PayPal and we pass those savings on to you by keeping our s&h fees lower than almost anyone. If we were to use a merchant service, we would have to increase our handling charges to absorb the extra expense and that's not fair to you. PayPal is safe and secure. If you don't have a PayPal account, we urge you click the logo a the left to get one. It's easy and fast and will prove to be quite beneficial all over the internet. |
| Do I have to have a PayPal account to use my credit card? | No. PayPal no longer requires a PayPal account to make purchases. The last page of the order process asks you if you wish to open an account and you may choose not to and still continue your purchase. PayPal also accepts echecks now! |
| Do I have to use PayPal to order from you? | No. You may also choose to simply print out the shopping cart page when you are through and mail that, along with your check or money order to us. If you wish to pay by credit card, you must use PayPal, however. |
| I know a band . . . how can they submit their cd to you for distribution? | Have them visit this page and follow the directions carefully. We do pay referral commissions, so be sure to have them list you (and your email address) as the refering party. |
| Where are the 99 cent cds I've heard so much about? | Right here. |
| Why can't I hear the music when I click on the icon? | The samples will play automatically. If you hear nothing after a few seconds, you need to download the Real Audio Player. |
| Do you have mp3 downloads? | Not at this time. Due to increasing demand for mp3, we have decided to start offering mp3's, but at this time only in conjuction with the purchase of an mp3 player or SD card. Future plans do include the ability to purchase individual tracks as mp3 downloads. |
